For those individuals that have not spoken to Dr. Kershaw before, it is highly recommended to sign up for the initial consultation. This initial consult is done over the phone, however, there are various questionnaires and intake forms to complete that will provide the doctor with the case history and current symptoms, prior to the consultation.
With the recent conversion of most of the office processes to a digital format (paperless office) we are able to compentently handle patients regardless of their address. Patients will be able to pay for the phone consult, and any products prescribed, at the Miramas Health Store. Additionally, once an initial phone consult has been completed, you will be considered a patient of the clinic and have access to the products and services only availble to patients.
Consultations with Dr. Kershaw may be for the following purpose:
- Full new patient intake
- Specific issue
- Records review of previous test results
- Second opinion.
