How to become a patient of Miramas Health

We invest a lot of energy in taking new patients, and because of this we encourage those that are interested in becoming patients of Dr. Kershaw take the following steps.

Know what you are getting into

• Read through all of the information on the website: be sure to review the Miramas approach, types of patients, and the learning sections.
• We have prepared a document that focuses on the questions of a new patient. It explains the policies and processes for the clinic and highlights what to expect as a new patient. Please download and read the NEW PATIENT INFORMATION PACKAGE.

Complete a Patient Request Form

• After reading this website and the information package, if you feel that you are ready to undertake the program, then we invite you to complete the online NEW PATIENT REQUEST FORM.

Wait for contact from Miramas Health Team

• Once this online form has been received by Miramas Health, Dr. Kershaw will review your case and determine if she can take you on as a new patient. You will be contacted and told of the next steps.

For those that do manage to become patients, we look forward to working with you as you step up on the path of creating better health for yourself.
